The role of business research, the human side of business research: organizational and ethical issues, theory building, the business research process, problem definition: The foundation of business research, overview of research methods (qualitative research tools, secondary data research in digital age, survey research observation methods, experimental research), measurement and scaling concepts attitude measurement, questionnaire design, sample designs and procedures, data analysis and presentation, communicating research results.
