Description

The Master of Engineering is similar to the Master of Science except in this program, students in place of the thesis do a research report that is worth three (3) credit hours and take an extra business elective course that is worth three (3) credit hours.

Program Admission Requirements

Graduates in Engineering, computer science, mathematics and related areas are eligible to apply for admission to the mater programs provided they satisfy the graduate college admission requirements. All students joining the master programs must have sufficient background in the following area:

  1. Statistics and probability equivalent to ISE 325 and ISE 320.
  2. Operations research equivalent to ISE 303.
  3. Production planning and control equivalent to ISE 402.

The graduate committee will ensure that admitted students satisfy these admission requirements and if a student has a deficiency he will be asked to make up for it through make-up courses.
